CONDENSATE RECOVERY SYSTEMS
The JLJ "Closed Loop" Condensate
Recovery System designed by JLJ Engineering
produces condensate that is pumped directly
into the steam raising plant without the
need to "Flash Off" to atmosphere.
This system dramatically reduces the boiler
fuel, water and treatment costs (typically
in most cases in the region of 20%).
The JLJ "Closed Loop" system
is a compact modular design which has
great flexibility built in to suit a wide
variety of industrial processes and which
is easy to operate and maintain.
Each installation is "Tailor-Made"
and designed for each clients individual
requirements with JLJ undertaking the
full design, manufacture, site installation
and final commissioning.
